Makes approximately 2 Servings

Sauce

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cups pinenuts ( save some for garnish)
  • 1 /4cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomato
  • 2 dates medjool
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4t Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t Himalayan salt

Pasta

  • 1-2 zucchini spiralised for the pasta
  • 1 tblsp lemon juice
  • 1/45 tsp hym salt
  • 1 T Mixed herbs\oregano

Combine all the pasta ingredients and set aside. Blend the sauce in processor on slow to chop and blend ingredients. Pour over the pasta and serve
